Your personal data is used only by our company and by the service providers that host this site, send our emails and text messages, and run our scheduling tools, solely to provide those services to us. We do not sell your data, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

Call recording and transcription
Video calls booked through our scheduling pages (Cal.com, Calendly) are recorded and transcribed by an AI notetaker (Fireflies.ai), with your explicit consent given at booking (checkbox). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, including at the start of the call. No audio file is kept; only the written transcript is kept in our files, for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Fireflies.ai is located in the United States; this transfer outside the European Union is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Text messages (SMS) and your phone number
When you send us a request through a form, SAFEO Advisory uses your name and mobile number to answer your request and to arrange a call. Under the EU GDPR we do this because you asked us to (Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before any contract). Follow-up texts about the same request rely on our legitimate interest in following up an enquiry you made about your business (Article 6(1)(f)). The consent checkbox in our form records the agreement that U.S. telephone rules require for automated texts; it is not the legal basis we rely on under the GDPR.
We do not share, sell or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting service provider sends messages on our behalf and may not use your number for its own purposes. This provider is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its data processing terms also include the EU standard contractual clauses.
You can object at any time, free of charge, by replying STOP or by writing to rafael.s@safeo-advisory.com; we then stop all texts. We keep a record of your agreement (date and time, form wording, request ID, number) and of any stop request for 5 years, so that we can prove it if asked.

Cookies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. These cookies do not require your consent. It also uses analytics and advertising cookies from third-party providers, including Google and Microsoft, to measure how the site is used and which ads bring visitors.
