SMS Terms
Effective 28 October 2026. These terms cover the text messages sent by SAFEO Advisory.
Who sends the messages
SAFEO Advisory, the practice of Rafael Safiullin.
What we text you about
We text people who sent us a request about our services, and only about that request: replies, help scheduling a call, and reminders before a booked call. We do not send marketing campaigns or promotions by text.
How you agree
You agree to receive these texts by ticking the consent box in our request form (for example, a form on Facebook or Instagram) or by texting us first. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. If you would rather not receive texts, write to us by email instead: rafael.s@safeo-advisory.com.
How often
Message frequency varies.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to stop all texts. You can also tell us in your own words, by text, email or phone (for example "please don't text me"); we treat any of these as a request to stop. After a stop request we may send one text confirming it, and nothing else. The stop applies to every record we hold with your number.

Our do-not-text policy
We keep a written record of every stop request (date, number, the words used) for 5 years and check it before every text we send. We text only on weekdays, between 10 am and 7 pm in your local time, and not on U.S. federal holidays. We never text a number after its owner has asked us to stop.
Privacy
We do not share, sell or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting service provider sends messages on our behalf and uses your number only for that. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force.
